Our mushroom grow kits contain 5 lbs of organically supplemented Oak sawdust substrate, and are inoculated with with 100% organic, non-GMO Rye, Milo, or Oat Grain spawn. Kits can produce 2-3 flushes of mushrooms over the course of a month, and a first harvest of 1-2 lbs can be expected. Generic fruiting instructions from our provider, Metro Mushrooms are included. We believe in giving the growing community access to mushrooms affordably, so our kits are some of the biggest on the market as far as total weight, meaning more mushrooms, at a fair cost.
