Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, and PayPal transactions for purchases made on the web site. We also accept money orders, and gift cards for mail order purchases. Please call (800)261-0005 and we will be happy to accommodate your preferred method of payment.
Tax
We are required to charge state sales tax for purchases shipped to the state Kentucky (6%). Sales tax on web orders is automatically calculated for you. Customers residing in other states are responsible for payment of sales/use tax owed to that state.
Shipping
Most in-stock items are shipped from our Kentucky location within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order. Orders placed over the weekend are received on Monday morning and placed in the shipping queue.
Important: Please inspect all truck shipments carefully for damaged or missing items before signing for them! Claims are often denied by the carrier after a shipment has been signed for. Please report any damages or missing items to us immediately.
Shipping Cost
We ship all orders less than 350 lbs. via UPS unless otherwise suggested. Larger items are sent by truck only.
Our shipping is based on real-time shipping quotes based on weight, size, number of items and destination zip code.
All shipments in the United States are insured at no extra cost to you. Second-day and Next-Day Air Service are available for many items.
Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on almost everything we sell (exceptions are noted). If you are dissatisfied with a purchase you have made from us, we offer your choice of:

- 4) Replacement
All we ask is that you contact us before returning merchandise for a Return Authorization Number (RA#), that you do it within 30 days from your purchase date, and that you include your original receipt with your return.
